2019 Transformation Challenge

If you answered YES to 3 or more of these questions, then CrossFit Lōzen’s 2019 Transformation Challenge is for you!
This six-week transformation challenge is all about building a better you. Our main priority is to change the way you move, understand, and fuel your body. Not only will you get all of this, but also gain a community at CrossFit Lōzen that is second to none. We pride ourselves on being inviting, encouraging, friendly, and fun. By participating in this program, you will commit to changing your mind, body, and spirit in six weeks.
TRAINING – Classes will be 3 days/week for 1 hour.
This will be a class created especially for this Transformation Challenge. We are limiting this group to 10 people to ensure your coach will get to know you and your fitness on a personal level. This will ensure you get plenty of one-on-one time in the gym to maximize your form and intensity. Every class will include skill, a boot camp style workout and finish with stretching. Every workout will be doable for ANY and ALL fitness levels.
With nutrition, ATTITUDE is everything! You have to be willing to learn and develop proper habits to fuel your body. This program is not a diet but a lifestyle change. You will not be constantly starving yourself, replacing meals with shakes, or getting a list of foods you cannot eat. Instead, you will be eating plenty of whole foods to increase metabolism and keep you energized while losing weight! Each member will receive a food log to prioritize good food choices and stay focused and accountable.
The participant who loses the highest percentage of body fat over the course of the challenge will WIN a $100 Visa Gift Card and One Free Month to CrossFit Lōzen.

Body Fat testing at the beginning & end of the program with skinfold calipers
