Athlete Development Camps
Boys & girls, ages 14 - 18, who are looking to take their game to the next level.
Created by athletes, for athletes! Lozen Athlete Development Camp is here to help you reach your fullest potential. Each 90-minute session will help improve your overall strength, agility, endurance, and power so you’re ready for your upcoming sports season.
Cycle 1: June 15th, - July 15th.
Cycle #1 focus: Strength biased. Focusing on compound lifts and explosiveness. Conditioning, agility and plyometric work will also be done but we will focus these 5 weeks on building strength and power. #GetStrong
Cycle 2: July 27th - August 26th
Cycle #2 focus: Conditioning biased. We will focus on more conditioning and building up an engine to last during sporting events. Strength work will also be done but will be more isometric and unilateral exercises, tempo work, and static holds.

Nutrition guidance by Coach Lexi - Topics include pre-and post-game nutrition, hydration importance, intra-game fuel, understanding how to properly read a nutrition label, how to build a proper plate (protein, carbohydrates, fat).
Workout journal - Each athlete can keep track of all their workouts. It is vital to write down exercises performed and weights used to ensure progress over the 5 weeks.
Mobility packet - This will help each athlete make sure they are recovering and staying mobile after each practice or game.
Post-workout fuel - After each 90-minute session, Lōzen will supply post-workout snacks for athletes to refuel.
