Our Foundation classes that will provide you with the opportunity to learn the basic techniques and movements so that you feel comfortable when you attend your first CrossFit class. Your comfort and safety are our number one priority, so we will make sure that you are ready for classes.
This series of four classes will help you understand what we do, and why we do it, answer any questions that you may have, and provide your first exposure to what CrossFit is all about.
CrossFit Lite is an introductory class for our regular CrossFit classes. These classes utilize the same principles of our CrossFit classes; constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement
In CrossFit Lite, we teach functional movement patterns of compound lifts that are directly related to movements in everyday life. We will emphasize the use of kettlebells, open/light barbells, medicine balls, gymnastics rings, and body weight movements for most of the class. Progressions of skills are broken down to the very basics of making it achievable for all skill levels. Each class ends with a conditioning workout that will leave you sweating and ready for more. CrossFit Lite will provide you with a challenging yet rewarding workout each time you visit!
CrossFit classes are constantly varied, functional movement executed at a high intensity. More simply, we focus on the four core movement patterns: push, pull, squat, and hinge. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and aerobic conditioning to ensure individual progress at all fitness levels.
